This skid plate is more than just that. Undercover fab provides the skid made from 1/4" steel for the low profile skid, and transmission mount. Beauty and the beast in one functional skid.


2002 COPPER TJ SPORT

Here is another TJ with some beef to it. Poison Spyder is supplying the trail cage kit we are installing to this jeep. The trail cage replaces the bar that runs from the "B" pillar, to the "A" pillar, which in turn bolts up to the windshield frame. The tubing runs down from the windshield to a specialized plate at the dash, which in turn runs to the floor and bolts there on both sides. Tubing runs from left to right along the top windshield frame, as well as another tubing that does the same just above the dash.

The picture above shows the additional tubing that runs from the top of the windshield, back to the factory "B" pillar tubing, allowing for some of the safest wheeling that you will ever have, short of sitting at home watching a dvd.

We are getting close to finishing this racer with the cage nearing the final stage of welding.


MUD DRAGGER

The transmission has been completed and re-installed. As you take a look at the rear axle housing above notice the two arrows pointing to damage caused by some very violent torque twisting. This housing was custom built by us years ago, and needs some tlc to get it back into shape again!


WINCH REBUILD

Here we have a Warn 9.5ti winch in for a rebuild. If you have a problem with something that associates with wheeling or racing, we can fix it! NOW, if it's your significant other, you are on your own......

Joe is getting down to business as usual with a re-gear. Gutting out the stock gears, and re-installing some nice 4.56 ratio gears.
