RODNEY'S TIRED!

ROCK LIGHT

We have a picture of our rock light being machined to fit the led bulb within the bolt. This precision job is being done by Joe Legace, who has been in the business for 30 years. Attention to detail to the smallest part is what we are all about here at Performance.

MONSTER JEEP

We have the Monster back to re-set the ring and pinion gear in the rear axle, that a previous mechanic had installed. Since we have it here, we finalized a few minor tweaks and adjustments as well.

PORSCHE CAYENNE

A customer brought us a set of factory wheels and wanted a change. We sent these to be powder coated and this is the end result. Why stay with the factory look, when you can have Performance!

WHITE CHEROKEE

We have more fine tuning with the suspension and the alignment on this jeep.

Here we are making measurements to make sure everything turns out square, jobs like this should be reserved for the big boys. We also had to weld a good portion of the lift kit, along with this bracket to the frame due to problems with the suspension. We also added a locating spacer to the lower control arm mount to eliminate slop. Another problem we found was sub-standard bolts were in the kit, so we replaced them with grade 8 hardware. We installed the Dynomax exhaust, along with ball joints and wheel bearings in the front. We also eliminated a brake system leak, and then bled the system. Remember, we can do everything from supply the parts at competitive prices to the final alignment to ensure a great driving vehicle!

THE COMANCHE

Here is a shot of the rear end as I am trying to figure out how I want to mount the spare tire. The motor, suspension, and the transfer case are all sitting in place, and awaiting further instructions.

Here is a shot of the front suspension, can you say "Bullet Proof"?

Here is a good shot of the motor bolted in. We also installed the power steering cooler in place, and began plumbing in the radiator.

I was able to get the front bumper bolted in as well, this beauty is solid! Oh wait! The “bolts” came in the form of Lincoln Electric welder! Not something we would usually do, but I wanted everything tied together really solidly. I think this one will hold up to the abuse that I or its next owner might put it through!

Finally we had this gas filler housing fabricated in house. Custom parts for a custom Indian. Like I have said before, if I can't get what I need, I will make it myself!
