SPRING IS HERE??

Here we have a MBRP exhaust for Wendall “The Grandfather of VT Four Wheeling” Cameron’s Toyota Tundra. A simple upgrade for a better sound and a bit more towing power for hauling his Willy’s or his Rubicon LJ around.

We have been telling everyone that we are more than just an off-road shop. We are also an on-road shop too.

2007 Chevrolet Suburban

We have a Suburban here for some simple modifications.  A 2" lift, a wheel and tire combinationand a safari basket for the roof. Switch out the stock beef for something more meatier! Pro-Comp 17x8.5 wheels and BFG 33" All Terrains will do very nicely. This has got to be one of the biggest modifications that anyone can do that has the biggest impact on
the way your vehicle handles and looks. Not sure of what you would like? Come on down and see us!

99 TJ "MULE"

We have a member from the Green Mountain Crawlers rigs here for an upgrade. We installed a set of our Hiline front and rear fenders to give this TJ more clearance for the meaty tires waiting at home. RCV front axle shafts beef things up in the front, and Rancho RS9000 shocks complete the set-up with dialing in your own setting on the shock itself for the varying terrain. The best bang for your buck as far as shocks go.

99 Gold TJ

This jeep is getting a whole laundry list of goodies for the trail, talk about capability! We are starting off with a 1" body lift, with a 2" budget boost lift complete with Terraflex shocks. We are also installing a Terraflex bellyup skid plate to aid in gliding over objects. Now
when considering a belly pan you need to consider what it also affects in the drivetrain, which this customer did. We are adding a Slip Yoke Eliminator kit to adjust the angles of the drivetrain, and also a Tom Woods driveshaft, the ultimate in drivetrains.
RCV axle shafts will help strengthen the front axles and provide more contact poin throughout the range of motion. Finally we are adding front and rear bumpers to complete the package. Here is one of our guys working on the NP231 getting it ready
for the SYE kit.

99 TJ

We have another TJ coming in shortly that is getting the works too! Let us start off with the Banks Monster exhaust system, less back pressure means more go! Warn fuel tank skid helps to protect that vital "go" juice. Rugged Ridge provides the rear bumper and tire carrier to help carry those oversized tires that would otherwise stress out the TJ rear door. Next we are installing an engine oil pan skid plate, again protect the important stuff. Then the front gets some attention with a crossover steering system. ARB provides the air compressor to air up those large tires, and is standing by for the future mod of air lockers.

79 Toyota FJ40

We mentioned this honey last week and here is the 4" lift and shocks we installed. Basic add-on with a whole lot of punch.

The Comanche

Another update on this favorite Indian. We removed the engine from the truck to prep it for paint, oh boy, can't wait for this!

68 Toyota FJ40

Another update from back in January. We have this one on hold for some brainstorming. Our customer decided to axe the winch and add some A/C. The 35" tires are going away for some 33" meats. More on this one later on.

The Monster Jeep!

We did a drastic move with this jeep. We removed the frame and scrapped it because of the problems we were running into. Now we are fabricating our own frame.

We are working with 1.75" x .120 DOM tubing on the bottom of the rail for strength, and to help when taking hits on the trail. The upper rail is built with 1.75" x .095 DOM tubing. Why would I do this you ask? Well, the upper rail will not see any trail carnage, and we save on weight too.

The transfer case is getting a "twin stick" shifter using cables to avoid linkage problems and making things nice and smooth. You can see the cable system bolted to the transfer case above. The advantage is you can engage the 4WD separately in the front and rear, making this one of the ultimate modifications you could ever do to your trail vehicle.  Lastly, we also tweaked the automatic transmission to a manual shift. No need for a clutch pedal and you can select any gear you need on the trail with confidence. Most any automatic transmissions can be converted to this system, just give us a call and let's help you make your rig the best it can be (you know you want to).
